- ¾ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup hot pepper jelly
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: Chopped green onions or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut sausage into ¼-inch rounds for even cooking and glaze coating.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the kielbasa slices for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly crisped.
- In a small bowl, whisk together peach preserves, hot pepper jelly, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the glaze over the browned sausage. Stir to coat, then simmer for 8–10 minutes on medium-low until thick and glossy.
- Transfer to a serving dish or small slow cooker. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
