  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: Chopped green onions or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut sausage into ¼-inch rounds for even cooking and glaze coating.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the kielbasa slices for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly crisped.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together peach preserves, hot pepper jelly, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the glaze over the browned sausage. Stir to coat, then simmer for 8–10 minutes on medium-low until thick and glossy.
