Instructions
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the broccoli florets over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- About 15-20 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Shred the cooked chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir gently to mix with the alfredo sauce and broccoli.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines with the sauce.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the slow cooker and toss everything together until well-coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
