- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or preferred sweetener (stevia, monk fruit)
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon for dusting
- For Cold Brew: 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee, 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Make the Cold Brew (optional): Combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water in a jar or French press. Steep in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours. Strain using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter.
- Prepare the Pumpkin Cold Foam: In a small blender or frother, combine the milk, pumpkin purée, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Blend until thick and frothy, about 15-20 seconds.
- Assemble the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in your cold brew. Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin cream cold foam on top.
- Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

- Use cold milk for the best foaming results. Oat milk is recommended for its frothing capabilities.
