Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. This helps the skin become crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken drumsticks and toss them gently, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Take each drumstick and roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere the coating. Ensure each piece is thoroughly covered.
