Description

Delicious Loaded Balsamic Kale Salad for a Healthy Twist


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 4 cups Kale
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar salad dressing
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced tomatoes and basil in a small bowl. Gently stir them together and set aside to let the flavors mingle.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped kale to the skillet. Toss for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the kale wilts slightly.
  4. Assemble salads by adding sautéed kale to each bowl. Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, and tomato-basil mixture. Drizzle with balsamic dressing and season with salt and pepper.
