A delightful Key Lime Pie Trifle that combines sweet and tart flavors in a refreshing layered dessert.

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 limes (zest)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbl powdered sugar
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream
- 1 lime slice (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, pour in the heavy cream and powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to maintain volume.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of a large glass bowl or individual cups, about one-third of the mixture.
- Spoon a layer of the lime cream mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Repeat layering graham cracker and lime cream mixtures until all ingredients are used, finishing with lime cream on top.
- Top with fresh whipped cream, lime slices, and zest for garnish.
- Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving.
