- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water and add to the skillet with remaining marinade. Stir until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the thickened sauce until well-coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
