Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a small saucepan, add honey and red pepper flakes. Stir gently to mix.

- Infuse the heat: Keep on low for another 2–3 minutes until fragrant as the chili releases its spice.

- Cool and strain (optional): Let the mixture cool slightly. Strain out chili flakes for a smooth texture or leave them in for more heat.
