- 1 roll Jus-Rol Croissant Dough (250g)
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese or similar melting cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- A few black olives or edible candy eyes
- A pinch of plain flour (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Set oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and smooth seams if needed.
- Cut ghost shapes using a knife or cutter, keeping rounded tops and wavy ends.
- Place a slice of cheese on half of the dough pieces, leaving space at the edges.
- Top with another dough piece and press edges to seal.
- Use a straw or piping tip to make small eye holes, or add edible eyes after baking.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
