- 1 box Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped, sautéed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced, sautéed
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare loaf pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
- Sauté onions in olive oil or butter for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooled onion-garlic mixture.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press gently to shape an even surface.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- While the meatloaf bakes, whisk together glaze ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika) until smooth.
- Glaze the meatloaf after the initial 45 minutes.
- Return the loaf to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
