  • 1 box Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped, sautéed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced, sautéed
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare loaf pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
  3. Sauté onions in olive oil or butter for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Allow to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooled onion-garlic mixture.
  5. Transfer mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press gently to shape an even surface.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  7. While the meatloaf bakes, whisk together glaze ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika) until smooth.
  8. Glaze the meatloaf after the initial 45 minutes.
  9. Return the loaf to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  10. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
