Ghost Oreo Ball Truffles are the ultimate spooky-sweet Halloween treat — creamy Oreo cheesecake centers coated in smooth white chocolate and decorated with ghostly faces.

- 36 Oreo cookies (1 standard 14.3 oz package)
- 8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1–2 teaspoons coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
- Black decorating gel, black candy melts, or edible black marker
- Candy eyes (optional)
Instructions
- Add whole Oreos (filling included) to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
- Combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and dough-like.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals. Dip each chilled ball into chocolate, letting excess drip off. Shape slightly at the base for a ghost “tail.”
- While the coating is soft, draw eyes and a mouth with black gel or press on candy eyes. Let set until firm.
