Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Dash of garlic or onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with cranberries, green onions, and optional cheddar or nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese filling across the surface.
  3. Roll the tortilla into a firm log, keeping the filling inside.
  4. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Remove wrap and slice into ½–¾ inch rounds using a sharp or serrated knife.
  6. Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs or cranberries. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
