Sweet & Savory Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels are the ultimate make-ahead party appetizer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1–2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
- Dash of garlic or onion powder
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with cranberries, green onions, and optional cheddar or nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese filling across the surface.
- Roll the tortilla into a firm log, keeping the filling inside.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Remove wrap and slice into ½–¾ inch rounds using a sharp or serrated knife.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs or cranberries. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
- Add more or less cranberries based on your preference.
