- 3/4 cup cottage cheese (2%)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 1/4 cup baby arugula
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it into an even rectangle.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Layer turkey, arugula, tomato, and drizzle with balsamic glaze on one side. Serve fresh.
