  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup baby arugula
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it into an even rectangle.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Layer turkey, arugula, tomato, and drizzle with balsamic glaze on one side. Serve fresh.
