- 1 pound Pizza dough
- 1 cup Frozen spinach (Thawed and drained)
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 egg Egg wash (beaten)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, blend spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into a Christmas tree shape, including branches and a trunk.
- Spread the spinach dip filling evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal in, pinching the edges well.
- Brush the dough with the egg wash for a golden hue.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
